About Charles Riggs

Charles possesses over 10+ years of experience and has worked with both the Department of Energy, NNSA cyber security team, as well the Department of Defense, Pentagon computer incident response team. He actively holds both Q & TS clearances.

Charles specializes in network protocol crafting, manipulation, and fuzzing – in addition to web application penetration testing.

Charles is an active security researcher and has been involved in many open source security projects. He holds CISSP and CEH certifications.

Charles currently works full time as a Senior Penetration Tester for Knowledge Consulting Group out of Reston, VA.

In his spare time, Charles enjoys skydiving, rock climbing, and hanging out with family.
